BASE2 presented Last Meter® to us at an early stage and we immediately felt it would useful to join the platform and develop our properties with its support.
Hellströms is using variety of tools to bring #lastmeter to life for its residents, including apps, notices, and websites.

At the present time, Hellströms is inventorizing data and presenting service offers to its residents across 17 properties in the Stockholm region. Hellströms was the first individual real estate company to adopt Last Meter® at this scale, and Hellströms will be known as a pioneer in the real estate sector for this reason.
Lena will be working with Hellströms increasingly in the coming months, to help guide through further steps in the Last Meter® Plan (the #lastmeter operational guide supplied by BASE2). This will include analysing the storage options - including technical solutions, cost-benefits, and risks - and helping to implement and adapt the service choices for the residents.
